PicassoMio partners with respected galleries and dealers and the finest emerged and emerging artists, in addition to our own in-house Art Experts to assure you of your purchase decision. Most of our artworks are signed (and numbered, in case of editions) by the Artist. On rare ocassions, due to the nature of the art, if the artwork is not signed, a signed Artist's Authenticity Statement, may be available, upon your request. This document certifies the artwork’s authorship, the title, year of creation, and dimensions. However in some cases, where the Artist is deceased for example, this document may not be available.

In all cases, our clients receive Certificates of Authenticity issued by PicassoMio Galleries and PicassoMio.com.

Further, we can also provide you with an Independent Party Authenticity Endorsement with your purchase of a PicassoMio artwork. Please let us know if you would like an Independent Party Authenticity Endorsement by sending us an e-mail at customer@picassomio.com.

No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

A 7-day return policy makes your purchase at PicassoMio.com completely risk free. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus cost of one-way shipping) or an exchange, by notifying us within seven days of your receipt of the artwork. Returns must be suitably insured. Please let us know if you would like to return the artwork by calling us by e-mail at customer@picassomio.com. Our Customer Care representative will guide you through the process.

If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at customer@picassomio.com. If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us.

In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please e-mail us at customer@picassomio.com. Our Customer Care representative will guide you through your options. These will include replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.

Secured Transaction & Privacy Protection

When you make an online purchase, PicassoMio.com uses an encrypted communication channel, i.e., a secured link between your browser and our website to encrypt and protect your information. Hence, your personal information, including your name, credit card number and address, cannot be read when it travels across the Internet.

Also, PicassoMio.com´s internal "firewall" technology shields our database from unauthorized access by outside parties. Any information that we may collect from you during your purchase, i.e. your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card data, to allow us to complete your order, is protected. We do not rent, trade, or sell your personal information so it never leaves our databases without your permission.

All PicassoMio artworks are appropriately priced by our experts, in conjunction with our artists and our reputed Gallery and Dealer Partners. Due to our broad reach and volume of sales, we also try to ensure the lowest possible prices on our art, in addition to our unparalleled services. Additionally, our prices are often lower than market since we are not required to add art fair expenses, shipping, catalog and gallery exhibition costs. Investment and Resale Assurance

In order to ensure that PicassoMío.com and PicassoMío Galleries is the best way to acquire art, we allow our clients to resell their artworks through PicassoMío.com.

If you purchase an artwork through PicassoMio.com and would like to sell it at a later date, you can email us with the following information: Name of Artwork, Artist Name, Invoice Number and Date, and a client representative will contact you. We will inform you of the current suitable price for the artwork, including price appreciation, if any, since you acquired the piece, confirm the condition of the artwork and list it for sale, on your behalf.

Unlike other major Auction Houses and Galleries which typically charge a commission of 20% to 50% and often only sell artworks for major collectors, PicassoMio.com will charge a commission of 5%, only upon a successful sale and NO upfront fees. This way your art purchases are assured of higher potential returns (due to our low commission) and improved liquidity (due to our clients in 50 countries and over 1 Million monthly visitors).
