Detailed Description
The transition from third to fourth stage was conceived within a "double drop" context, in other words the color scheme is based on the fact of using monotones which have been superimposed and later reduced or subtracted in order to achieve the modeling of light. The use of this technique is very common to lithographic printing. Considering the efficiency in the control of registration marks to prevent off-set and the thin transparent layers of ink in lithographic printing, the overprinting of the same image with a different color can be a tremendous source of inspiration and creativity. Although the work in question is a digital manipulation, it is significant in terms of simulating or reproducing a printing procedure in order to achieve a similar result.
