Anna Mikhaylova Biography

Anna Mikhaylova is a visual artist born in St. Petersburg, Russia. From childhood she began attending classes in painting and drawing from a painting studio taught in places like the Hermitage, where she had the opportunity to admire and learn from the works of the greatest masters of art history such as Rembrandt , Rubens, Matisse, Van Gogh and many others. She later went on to form her artistic orientation at the Academy of Art and Industry in St. Petersburg. In 2007 she finished study at the State University of Moscow Graphic Arts Cum Laude with Title of Painter and graphic designer specializing in graphic illustration, where among various techniques studied etching, woodcut and lithography.

During her stay in Moscow she participated in various competitions and exhibitions of painting. Since 2008 lives and works in Murcia, Spain, and dedicates to graphic design and artistic painting.
