unfair, unreasonable and very high shipping charges, 2009-11-01

The 48 calendars ordered for a non-profit arrived later then expected. Two small cartons(24 in each) with a total shipping fee of over $190.00 ( over $85.00for each carton1). That is very wrong & unfair. I faxed A-1 Books in advance for a price break & shipping fee consideration prior to the order. To me, I feel totally taken advantage of as the orders were consolidated and thus should not have been charged $3.95 per calendar to ship as there were 24 in each carton. I will file a claim with my credit card company for abuse of service fee policies.

This is a gorgeous calendar. It's large and the pictures are bold; it hangs in my kitchen and guests always compliment me on it and ask me where I bought it. This calendar makes me smile -- I love it!
