This is a great book that helps you to follow the advice given. It sure gives you a lot to think about and if applied will add to your daily life. I love it and would recommend this book to everyone! I love how it is broken down into weeks and gives you things to do each day. It is one of the best How to Do books I have ever read!

Great resource - breaks down all the action steps from The Artist's way page by page so you can do them incrementally. Found it very helpful and clear.
A but superfluous, 2009-04-11

This is supposed to be an accompaniment to the book, The Artist's Way, but other than serving as a reference or a second copy of the tasks of the book, I have found little use for it. I guess it gives space for the exercises, but there is not enough added material to justify the purchase.
