Francisco Bernal Biography

Established Cuban artist Francisco Bernal works in a FIGURATIVE style and is one of the founders of the René Porto Serigraph Studio in Havana.

Bernal studied fine arts and printmaking at the Instituto Superior de Arte in Havana. He has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in countries including Cuba, Mexico, Spain, Japan and Poland.

He has been the recipient of many awards from the University of Havana, Grabado 87 and the Jaime Guasch Painting Biennale in Barcelona.
