JORDI BONET i Godó born in Catalonia (Spain), in 1932, Settled in Québec in 1954. He soon became a ceramic artist, a mural artist and a sculptor, having started as a black-and-white artist and painter. between 1960 and 1974 he made about one hundred murals in ceramics, cement, concrete and aluminium - from Vancouver to New York, from Halifax to San Francisco, from Toronto to Dallas. His largest work up to 1975 was the Triptych in the Grand Théâtre at Québec City, measuring 12.000 square feet.
