In the words of the artist:

This work "Polagrams" (Polaroid drawings) is a return to the simplest type of photograph, the photogram. Like the photogram, the work is created using only light and a light-sensitive emulsion. No camera is involved. Although the materials are more modern, Polaroid instant film and a computer for enlargement, the work maintains a place in the photographic tradition; while expanding its borders to incorporate more recent technologies.
