Gerard Espí Biography

An exceptional emerging SPANISH artist, Geràrd Espí was nominated for the Spanish National Award in Printmaking and for the “Generación” Award in 2001, organized by Caja Madrid, the leading Spanish bank.

This Catalan artist received his training at the LLLOTA School of Arts and the University of Barcelona.

In addition to various COLLECTIVE EXHIBITIONS, this young artist has collaborated with major SPANISH artists, such as, Evaristo Benítez, Ràfols-Casamada, Anna Miquel, Masafumi Yamamoto, Joan Descarga, Jaume Ribas, Serra Llimona, Serra de Rivera and Hernández Pijuan.
