This drawing depicts a hypothetical Australian city from air, under which lies the aboriginal land.

It was part of a body of work produced in association with an entry to the National Art Prize “Drawing Together” encompassing a prize money of $40k. A similar piece (“Blended City”) was a finalist and was exhibited at the National Archives Building in Canberra over July 2007.
