Ivonne Ferrer Biography

Established Cuban contemporary artist, Ivonne Ferrer primarily works in the realm of CONCEPTUAL ART.

Ivonne received her training at the Escuela Elemental de Arte 23 y "C", Havana and at the Academia Capitalina de San Alejandro. She has also collaborated at Taller de Serigrafía René Porto-carrero, Cuba.

Ferrer´s works often divulge in themes like, objectification of women, social concerns, contemporary culture, and commercialization of the arts.

Her works have been shown in SOLO and COLLECTIVE EXHIBITIONS in Cuba, Denmark, Italy, Spain, and the US.
