_Pennsylvania, 1958- New York, 1990_ American artist, widely regarded as one of the most recognized names in Graffiti and Pop art.

Trained at the Pittsburgh Center of Arts and the School of Visual Arts, New York, he was a friend of Kenny Scharf and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
