Kodjo Kouwenhoven Biography

Maandag meubels constantly balances on the edge of material use and appliance with its innovational designs and unconventional production methods. Designer and founder of Maandag meubels, Kodjo Kouwenhoven, was born in Suriname, educated in The Hague and has an office in Arnhem (The Netherlands).

Mandaag Meubel’s outdoor collection is made from weathering steel (steel alloys) and resistant to all kinds of weather. It includes the Outdoor Chandelier and the Dragon Fireplace, which can be used independently of each other, yet complement each other perfectly, bringing beauty and warmth to evenings outdoors.
