The moon and ocean are from among the major signs of God's existence, power, order, monotheism and provision mentioned in the Qura'n. The moon is such a powerful, beautiful and atmospheric symbol that it causes men of understanding to reflect as well as reach higher intellectual, emotional and psychological states.
