Angelo DE FRANCISCO Biography
Angelo De Francisco was born in Milan, in March 1951, where he lives and works. After receiving his diploma in classical studies and the artistic under the leadership of Franco Mazzucchelli, in 1976 he attended the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera, and as a student of the critic and professor Guido Ballo, explores the meaning of art and its making. The art and painting in particular, are the means by which he tries to express, as far back as '68, its reason to exist. The techniques he uses, wood, enamel, oils, are not only research tools for a deeper speech, but they are also a challenge in contemporary without more humanistic values in the contemporary mass-closed in factories or offices, the alienated condition of 'man through art and his work, can find a way out of the constraints imposed.
