Neo-Modernism: ¨Italian Postmodernism¨

Neo-Modernism was a design movement that emerged in the 1950s inspired by 1930s Rationalism. Neo-Modernism was distinct from the international Modernist avant-garde of the 1920s and 1930s in that it emphasized both the individual's and the group's aesthetic as important aspects of design rather than solely emphasizing Modernism's universal solutions.
