This renowned French gallery was first opened by the dealer Denise RENÉ, in Paris, in 1944.
The Gallery initially focussed on GEOMETRICAL ABSTRACTION and became the launching pad for the KINETIC ART movement.
In 1966, a second gallery, specializing in graphic art and limited editions, with the same name, was opened in Paris. In 1966 and 1971, the dealer opened new galleries in New York and Krefeld.
