Fay Godwin Biography

1931, Germany - Recognized as one of Britain's foremost landscape photographers, Fay Godwin possesses a painter's eye and a gift for capturing unusual and telling juxtapositions.

There is hardly any lover of fine photography who does not know her work. Several books on her now famous black & white landscapes or more recent Glassworks: abstractions in colour made of layers of materials, such as glass, plastic, netting and foliage, have been published.
