Gered Mankowitz Biography

In 1965 Gered Mankowitz became the unofficial official photographer to the Rolling Stones, following them to America on their record breaking 1965 tour.

Gered Mankowitz not only remembers the 60's, he was definitely there creating some of the most memorable images of a new era of musicians who became the most influential voices of an entire generation: Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones and Marianne Faithful.
