Eustaquio Segrelles Biography

Albaida, Valencia, 1936

A well-known Spanish artist, Eustaquio Segrelles works in an impressionist style. His paintings, adeptly capturing light, sunsets, and the sea, are of the Sorrolla school. Above all else a painter, he also sculpts, draws, and does print work.

He inherited his artistic talent from his father, and first began working in pencil, drawing comics for ?Bardon Press Art? and ?Selecciones Ilustradas.? He studied at the San Carlos School of Fine Arts in Valencia, Spain.
