Ninh Binh, Vietnam, 1952

Established Vietnamese artist To Ngoc works in a figurative style.

In To Ngoc?s work we see rural landscapes, paths and fields that are always sunny and full of vegetation. His colors, always brilliant, together with almost idyllic perspectives, transmit feelings of optimism, peace and tranquillity.

To Ngoc graduated from the Industrial School of Fine Arts of Hanoi and is a member of the Fine Arts Association of Vietnam.

He has had numerous solo exhibitions across Vietnam since 1992.
