Detailed Description

Wonderfully colourful little heliogravure after the classic Bonnard work,"Le Chemin" of 1935. The engraving is signed by Bonnard 'in the plate' (just visible lower left corner ), and has title with year plus other corroborative details and reference, catalogued in lead verso the support. Benefiting dimensions of Support 182 mms x 187 mms, Plate 159 mms x 166 mms, the print is vacuum sealed & mounted on acid free black/white matting board, and it is in exemplary condition for the period. It is immediately ready for framing, and will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity detailing the origins of the item. (ref 20022)
