Rik Verlin Livingston as Zono Art Artwork Details

Detailed Description

Bet you love my tribute to the fun, excitement and color of the races. Horse and rider are moving fast as they cross the finish line ribbon. The legs all move on this striking steed; The jockey's arms swing, one holding a crop, the other moves the reins in realistic movement. This is the long view of the toy sculpture. The crackle glaze gives it a convincing antique look. These sculptures were designed with the charm of old toys, but, old toys only worked by hand: these can work that way, or be powered by batteries or plugged in for hours of swinging entertainment! An electromagnet hidden in the base is the secret. Complete sculptural toy is approximately 10"x20"x5". Designed, signed and from the mind of Rik Verlin Livingston of Zono Art Productions. Following his painted designs, artisans created this sculpture by hand. Made from wood, metal and mixed media. Once sold in galleries and artistic boutiques, these are no longer commercially available and now very, very hard to find. This is, literally, the only place you can get them signed by the designer, even if you can find one at all!
