Lord of the Heavens and the Earth and all that is between them, Rabbus Samaawaati wal Ardi wa maa baynahumaa, this is a description of God from the Qura'n. The scene here is symbolic of the provision, creation and Lordship over all these things by God. This is in the style of Islamic Symbolic Expressionism.
