Jean Jansem Biography

An established French artist, Jean Jansem works in a figurative style. His sparse but moving pieces most often depict women.

He began drawing at a young age and later studied at the École des Arts Decoratifs, training under Beianchon, Leguelt, and Oudet.

Jansem has exhibited around the world, and his paintings form a part of collections in museums in France and the United States.
