Manuel Díaz Juárez Biography

Manuel Diaz Juarez, Seville, graduated in Arts and Crafts in 1981 by the School of Palma de Mallorca in the specialty of Ceramic Art and Engraving.

Besides having numerous works in private collections, I must mention the murals and frescoes of large sizes in public places exposed in ABACUS and Abacanto in Palma de Mallorca, in 1981 and 1989 to 1990 respectively.

As a painter of landscape and figure, has participated in several exhibitions, both individual and collective. All of them reached critical acclaim and were widely reported in the media. On the other hand, holds the title of "Diploma in Arts and Crafts" in the specialty of Ceramic Art and Engraving, given in Madrid, 1981.

He has experience in the field of sculpture in general and especially imagery, as has been assistant to the famous sculptor Francisco Buiza, neobaroque, with whom he worked in his workshop for four years.

Besides all this activity (easel paintings, pottery, statuary, carvings and religious images ...), has also addressed the field of wall decoration in some public places and old mansions.

Also, as another specialization, has studied and practiced the art of printmaking: etching, puntaseca, etc.
