Piraeus, 1910 – Athens, Greece, 1989
An established Greek painter, Yannis Tsarouchis lead the movement for the establishment of a Greek tradition in painting.
He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts, and under artist Photis Kontoglou.
His work has been shown and collected internationally.
