Incze Ioana Biography
I was born on the 12th of September 1977 in Cluj county and I have been drawing since I was 5 years old. Two years later I was attending a modeller course. When I was 8 I attended a contest and I got the fourth place. 11 years later I started to make oil paintings on metal (I reconstructed a cross with Jesus Christ and I also made two crosses that were put on the side of the road of the villages). Even though I have never participated on any exhibition or attended any art school, I have never stopped drawing, painting or creating different objects, because these creations represent my world, a world full of colour, a world of reality, of wishes, of abstractivity, of phantasies. It is a permanent need of expressing myself.
Many of my paintings and drawings can be found in anatomy books, on different room walls, my graphics or paintings on different kind of materials (glass, wood, ceramics, mirrors, textiles, walls,etc.) or on different strange but useful objects (by exemple a nightlamp made of stones, in the form of a castle), on roadsides, etc.
I put my soul in anything I do. On this website you´ll find just my latest work or the ones that will be made in the future. I wish that they would enjoy and brighten your soul and bring some more colour into your world.
