BIOGRAPHY
Enrique Solano Montesinos ( Jayro Montesinos) was born June 8, 1970 in Madrid. While studying, he traveled during his summers to Chester, England and Montreal, Canada. He studied political science at the (complutense) University. In 1992 he traveled to San Diego, CA. in 1994 hi lived in Lisbon, Portugal for a year with the Erasmus Scholarship program.
Enrique graduated in 1998 and travelled to San Francisco, CA. He then returned to Spain to pursue a masters degree in Human Resources, after which he began working for various firms. Always interested in contemporary art, he followed ARCO in Madrid . to "follow" an art scene especially painting, sculpture, and contemporary photography. During these years he studied creative painting courses and started working as an assistant to various photographers and was published by both spanish and international magazines

2006/2007 Worked as an assistant for photographers in various publications including Zero Magazine, Interview, Coisas do Brazil, and many others.
2007 Participated in "Black Vol.5", The African Male Nude in Art & Photography" for Janssens Publishers in South Africa, with another 5 photographers artist from the USA, the Netherlands, South Africa, Canada, and Germany.

2010 july,1 his fist single exibition "EROS" fot the gay festival visible in madrid , in the deux maquina organization first international book of nude men by the one of the most importants editorials all over the world.
Jayro Montesinos is a photographer with an interest in portraits of masculine nudes and erotic photography. His main obsession is to catch "the time that runs away." In his eyes, the energy captured during the actual photo shoot is what matters, far more than what can be artificially created with technologies such as digital retouching. He is interested in beauty as a concept, and finds that beauty in other cultures and in people from all parts of our global community.
